Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

We stand by our products, so all custom orders are backed by our Product Warranty.  If we find that your item has a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the item.

 

Returns

Online orders have a 15 day return policy.  Custom sized rings cannot be returned. Shipping cannot be refunded.

In store purchases and custom design orders are non-refundable. In store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
